wagon work wednesday – installed midcity engineering remote start, weistec engineering oversized transmission pan, front brake pads and snow tires. These wheels are off a CLS550 and have a less aggressive backspacing vs my other silver set from a CLS55. All ready to head north for Christmas.

All of this garbage was deposited on our road by jerks. Have you ever just been driving down quiet rural road and decided to throw trash out your window? I haven’t but I guess I’m in the minority. I’m a little concerned about how many people seem to be drinking WHILE driving. The tub on the left is totally full of beer cans and tiny wine bottles. Most of the middle tub is bags of fast food wrappers. The rest is random trash. We also use the tractor to collect big things people toss like mattresses and furniture. I would guess we collect this much every month or so. Jerks.

I finally welded up a set of stainless muffler delete pipes for the wagon. Stock cats and resonators remain (annual emissions testing). It’s a bit loud while in cold start but seems about perfect after that’s done. With the band clamps I can swap to the stock mufflers in under 30 minutes, not that I’ll ever do that 😎 Definitely a great way to wake up any m157 powered car.
